Vegan Chili

1 sm onion, chopped

1 sm green pepper, chopped

1/2 cup water

1 14 oz can diced tomatoes

1 8 oz can tomato sauce

1 30 oz can chili beans with sauce

1 1/2 tsp chili powder

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Steam the onion and green pepper in the water.

Add remaining ingredients.

Simmer until heated through.

Cook 1 cup raw macaroni according to package directions. When done drain in

Progressive Collapsible Over The Sink Colander.

Serve chili over cooked macaroni.
