Recipe Submission

We welcome your recipes but there are a few rules that must be followed:

Do not submit recipes word for word from a cookbook or magazine. Copyright laws state that the ingredients of a recipe can remain the same, but the instructions must be worded differently.

We encourage you to submit recipes that you have changed an ingredient or two. Be creative and original and test all recipes before submitting them to us.

If your recipe makes the grade, we will be happy to publish it or them on VeggieSensations.com. E-mail your recipe(s) to admin@veggiesenssations.com. Recipe submissions may not be submitted over the phone.
